Senior Technical Product Manager – Swap

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Swap product at 1inch, a leading DeFi ecosystem. You will drive the product’s vision, roadmap and growth, ensuring it stays competitive, reliable and scalable for users and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the Swap domain, from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities and success metrics.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, user expectations and emerging DeFi protocols.
• Identify gaps, opportunities, risks and translate them into concrete initiatives or experiments.
• Track and improve competitive metrics such as routing quality, liquidity coverage, conversion, fees, volume and reliability.
• Work closely on routing, aggregation, APIs, integrations, liquidity sources, performance, scalability and reliability.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear product requirements, trade‑offs and decision documents.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Product Owners, Design, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Sales.
• Ensure launches are supported by positioning, go‑to‑market planning and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product manager with strong product leadership.
• Deep understanding of complex DeFi concepts and technical architecture.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear product decisions.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, QA and business teams.
• Market awareness of DeFi protocols, competitors and user needs.
