About the role

The Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to define and execute its enterprise digital strategy. You will drive the creation of a data‑driven ecosystem that supports clinical care, research, operations and commercialization, positioning the institute as a global leader in precision health and longevity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead design, delivery and optimisation of integrated digital health platforms, AI initiatives and data products.
• Oversee governance, budgeting and performance monitoring for multiple concurrent digital programmes.
• Build and mentor high‑performing digital, data and innovation teams.
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, digital‑health firms and research institutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in digital strategy, health‑tech or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation in healthcare or life‑science environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change‑leadership capabilities.
