Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

The client, a well‑established business in Dubai, is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to own and drive the digital strategy across multiple brands. The role focuses on paid media, social, SEO, email and website management to generate high‑quality leads and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and other performance platforms, optimizing for lead generation and ROI.
• Lead SEO initiatives, covering technical SEO, content creation and link‑building to improve organic rankings.
• Set and oversee social media strategy on Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness.
• Design and run email marketing programs, including automated customer journeys.
• Drive website performance through UX, CRO and content best practices.
• Collaborate with data analysts to enhance reporting and profitability insights.
• Lead, mentor and develop the digital marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance‑driven marketing roles.
• Proven ability to create and execute integrated digital strategies.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
