Head of Ecommerce (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Pectiv, a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE, is seeking a growth‑driven Head of Ecommerce who is fluent in Arabic. You will own the end‑to‑end ecommerce strategy for the UAE and KSA, driving revenue, conversion, and customer retention across its digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ecommerce growth strategy and revenue targets.
• Improve Shopify conversion rates and optimise the customer journey.
• Build and manage a promotional and campaign calendar.
• Lead retention initiatives across email, WhatsApp, and subscription programs.
• Reduce CAC while increasing AOV, LTV, and repeat purchase rates.
• Coordinate paid media, creative assets, CRM, and product launches.
• Design bundles, upsells, and offer strategies to maximise basket size.
• Analyse KPIs, cohort performance and produce weekly growth dashboards.
• Manage freelancers, agencies and internal teams to deliver on growth objectives.
• Support market expansion plans into Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce growth or performance roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to meet revenue and KPI targets.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Startup mentality with ownership attitude.
• Experience in beauty, wellness or FMCG sectors is a plus.
