Head of Elementary Teaching & Learning (Immediate Start)

About the role

Bloom Education seeks an inspirational school leader to serve as Head of Elementary Teaching and Learning at one of its charter schools in Al Ain. Reporting to the Principal and Vice‑Principal, you will provide strategic direction for curriculum, assessment, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and UAE educational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Principal and Vice‑Principal in overall school leadership and management.
• Lead the development and implementation of teaching‑and‑learning strategies across the elementary school.
• Oversee curriculum design, assessment practices, and data collection and analysis.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with UAE educational standards and cultural norms.
• Develop costed subject development plans that contribute to the School Development Plan.
• Act as Vice‑Principal when required, maintaining continuity of leadership.
• Collaborate with the Middle Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement in instructional practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school leadership or senior teaching roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE educational standards and cultural expectations.
• Ability to manage staff, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute strategic school improvement plans.
