Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial function, ensuring excellence in operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role will drive financial planning, oversee risk management, and provide data‑driven insights to support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead external and internal audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital efficiency, and treasury activities.
• Assess investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and accounting processes.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives by developing financial models, business cases, and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial strategies, accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
