Head of Gameplay Operations (Guild Lead) – Dubai

About the role

CJC Race is building a Dubai Gameplay Operations Hub and seeks a passionate gamer to lead the initiative. This role blends gameplay, content creation, community building, and tournament management to grow the blockchain horse‑racing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day Dubai gameplay operations.
• Lead a small team of interns and creators.
• Participate in races and master game mechanics.
• Recruit and manage creators, streamers, and community contributors.
• Host weekly race nights, competitions, and community events.
• Create gameplay content, livestreams, and short‑form videos.
• Build relationships with gaming communities across the UAE and SEA.
• Report community, gameplay, and growth insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Active gamer with strong gaming knowledge.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Experience creating content on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram and gaming communities.
• Understanding of blockchain gaming, NFTs, crypto or Play‑to‑Earn (preferred).
• Based in Dubai or able to work on‑site.
