Head of HR – MENA & USA

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing fintech startup expanding from the United States into the UAE, is seeking a Head of HR to be based in Dubai. You will lead the global people function, shaping strategy and culture across the MENA region and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies, programs, processes and policies that support the company’s growth objectives across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence by leveraging technology and analytics to build robust HR practices.
• Create a mission‑ and values‑aligned organisation that strengthens the employer brand.
• Act as steward of the company’s culture and values, embodying a human‑centred, future‑oriented mindset.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team and act as an intermediary on critical people issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
• Strong ability to align people initiatives with business strategy.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, values‑driven cultures.
