About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Information Security to lead our cyber‑defense strategy across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. You will shape security architecture, drive SOC operations, and ensure robust incident response and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evaluate enterprise security architectures, including Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, API security, PKI and encryption.
- Lead SOC operations, manage SIEM (QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions, and oversee threat detection and incident response lifecycles.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting, DFIR investigations and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 governance, risk management, vendor security and business continuity programs.
- Provide expertise in IAM, Active Directory hardening, privileged access management, Entra ID and cloud IAM.
- Support OT/ICS security initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams on security controls.
Required profile
- 12+ years in IT with at least 8 years in Information Security and 4+ years in senior/managerial roles.
- Mandatory certification: CISSP, OSCE3 or GSE (or equivalent proven expertise).
- Preferred certifications: OSCP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CISM, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Implementer or Auditor.
- Proven experience designing security architecture for hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
