Head of Marketing & Commercial Strategy

About the role

The Head of Marketing & Commercial Strategy will lead high‑impact commercial marketing initiatives, focusing on drive‑to‑store, sell‑out and overall sales maximisation for Wycon Cosmetics. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role works closely with Retail, Sales, Product and Merchandising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop drive‑to‑store activities to increase in‑store traffic and conversion rates.
• Plan promotional and commercial programmes to maximise sales and margins.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and special sell‑out initiatives.
• Analyse commercial KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out, traffic, conversion and ROI.
• Optimise pricing, promotion and assortment levers.
• Support retail and wholesale networks with sales‑oriented tools and campaigns.
• Manage and develop the marketing team while collaborating with Product to improve inventory turnover.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in marketing roles with strong commercial accountability.
• Background in retail, beauty, fashion or FMCG sectors.
• Data‑driven approach with a focus on KPIs and results.
• Proven track record in managing promotional and drive‑to‑store activities.
• Leadership skills, strategic vision and operational pragmatism.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
