Head of Marketing – Global Strategy & Client Acquisition

About the role

Our confidential client, a leading specialist in residency and citizenship‑by‑investment solutions, is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to shape and execute a global marketing strategy. Based in Dubai, you will lead a high‑performing team to drive high‑quality client acquisition across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, PR, events, partnerships and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and client acquisition.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and multi‑channel campaigns while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
• Experience targeting High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in sectors such as investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate or financial services.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets and multi‑channel campaigns.
