Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Payfuture is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to translate its go‑to‑market strategy into campaigns, content and events that position the company as the preferred gateway for merchants and clients needing cross‑border transaction solutions and banking services. The role is based in Dubai or London and reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly marketing plans, budgets and campaign calendars aligned with the overall strategy.
• Execute B2B campaigns across digital, paid media, email, social and events to generate qualified leads.
• Own the website, SEO and performance‑marketing activities, optimizing for lead generation.
• Produce thought‑leadership content, press releases and media materials in partnership with agencies.
• Manage junior marketers, freelancers and external agencies, setting briefs and quality standards.
• Coordinate Payfuture’s presence at industry events, from booth design to pre‑ and post‑event campaigns.
• Research target industries and regions, track competitor activity and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–3 years at a manager level, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Comfortable working across international or emerging markets and understanding cultural nuances.
