Head of Marketing – India & Bangladesh

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our India and Bangladesh operations, reporting directly to the Global CMO. This senior leadership position owns marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, brand growth, and market expansion across multiple iGaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing performance, acquisition targets, ROI and growth objectives for India and Bangladesh.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across paid media, affiliates, influencers, CRM and emerging channels.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as CAC, FTD, ROAS, ARPU, retention and LTV.
• Lead brand strategy, storytelling and integrated campaigns that balance performance with long‑term brand equity.
• Develop and manage affiliate, media, influencer and strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, commercial, operations and technology teams to improve conversion rates and player lifetime value.
• Lead, mentor and grow a multi‑disciplinary marketing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of marketing experience with significant exposure to iGaming, online gaming or real‑money gaming businesses.
• Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market and experience managing multiple brands.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, ROI and growth targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive results.
