Head of Marketing - Luxury Real Estate Developer

About the role

A Dubai-based real estate developer focused on thoughtfully designed homes for modern living is looking for a Head of Marketing to report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role leads brand credibility, market visibility and a demand-generation engine, combining luxury branding, performance marketing and market localization, and works closely with digital and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador, positioning the brand as a luxury, European-inspired, design-led developer with strong local relevance
• Own the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, with tracking and analytics to optimise performance
• Partner with Sales to align marketing output with revenue objectives
• Oversee social media, SEO, website content, digital campaigns and physical branding, keeping content localised while preserving a premium European design identity
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for branding, project launches and sales initiatives, defining media mix, messaging and budget
• Identify and build strategic sponsorships and partnerships with media, luxury brands and cultural institutions
• Build and lead teams across brand, performance, content and partnerships, collaborate with the Head of Digital and manage agencies, vendors and consultants

Required profile

• 10-15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
• Background in real estate development, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality or premium brands
• Proven experience building brands at early or growth stages
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and execution capability
