Head of Operations

About the role

Art Dubai Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee cross‑company functions and drive operational excellence across its portfolio of cultural initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of Finance, HR, IT, CRM, Travel Management and Office Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team covering Finance, HR, IT, CRM, Travel Management and Office Management.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage FP&A, general accounting and financial reporting.
• Direct HR activities including recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Oversee office space and storage facilities, ensuring safety and suitability.
• Maintain robust, secure IT infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Manage the CRM function, ensuring data quality and security.
• Continuously improve processes, implement best practices and achieve cost savings through supplier negotiations.
• Work with legal advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in operations or business management.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams, especially in Finance, IT and HR.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in the creative, events or cultural sectors is preferred.
