Head of People – HR Leadership Role

About the role

The Head of People will lead the People & Culture function, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring a high‑performing, compliant, and engaged workforce across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement People strategies.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and end‑of‑service settlements.
• Lead performance management, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and provide trusted HR advice.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
