Head of PR and Media Relations

About the role

The Head of PR and Media Relations will lead public‑relations and media activities across CNTXT AI’s portfolio of companies, shaping how the holding and its subsidiaries are perceived externally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PR and media relations for all portfolio companies, managing outreach, pitching, and journalist relationships.
• Coordinate media support for announcements, launches, partnerships and milestones, adapting messaging to each company’s market and maturity.
• Directly manage the CEO’s media presence, preparing talking points, briefing materials and pursuing visibility opportunities.
• Develop and maintain core narratives, translating technical topics into clear, media‑ready stories.
• Work with marketing and leadership teams across portfolio companies to align PR priorities while balancing centralized execution with individual needs.

Required profile

• Operates with a high degree of autonomy and ownership over media decisions.
• Works closely with the CEO and senior leadership, with direct exposure to strategic thinking.
• Balances hands‑on execution with strategic judgment, owning outcomes rather than just activities.
• Comfortable navigating multiple companies, industries and audiences.
• Visible role in shaping external perception of the holding and its leadership.
