Head of Procurement

About the role

This high‑impact leadership position will build a global procurement function from the ground up for a rapidly scaling international connectivity business. You will own procurement strategy, supplier relationships and commercial negotiations across more than 200 destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a global procurement strategy that supports rapid international expansion.
• Negotiate high‑value telecom and connectivity contracts to secure competitive pricing and strong service levels.
• Establish company‑wide procurement policies, processes and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze global supplier spend and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and scalable vendor management workflows.
• Partner with finance, product, operations and senior stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or scale‑up environment.
• Proven track record of building procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes from scratch.
• Strong expertise in international contract negotiations, financial analysis and supplier risk management.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance cost optimisation, quality, reliability and long‑term objectives.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
