Head of Project Execution EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Project Execution to lead the delivery of complex supply‑chain and intralogistics projects across the EMEA region. You will ensure projects are staffed appropriately, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while aligning with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of multi‑country projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and integration—within a matrix organization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Körber Group and BA Supply Chain objectives.
• Identify risks to schedule, cost and quality, and implement mitigation strategies in partnership with PMO and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, best‑practice adoption, and transparency using NCC and RC management tools.
• Manage the Project Execution budget and ensure compliance with legal, health and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply‑chain management, intralogistics or project execution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a multicultural, multi‑regional environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects across regions or business verticals.
• Strong expertise in risk and change management.
