Regional Manager Site Operations – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead the end‑to‑end operations of our 1P delivery‑only sites across the UAE, covering both the Editions restaurant kitchens and the HOP grocery service. The role combines hands‑on site oversight with strategic planning to ensure safety, stock integrity and ultra‑fast order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive productivity and achieve site personnel cost targets while minimising waste and shrinkage.
• Set and monitor KPIs, enforce Standard Operating Procedures and coach site teams to maintain high performance.
• Maintain a constant physical presence to uphold cleanliness, efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead regional regulatory relationships and ensure 100 % compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.
• Own the operational model within the global DoorDash ecosystem, continuously improving processes and scaling the business.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in multi‑site operations within logistics, retail or food‑service environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with regulatory bodies.
• Hands‑on, “founder’s mindset” approach to site management.
