Head of Rider Equipment and Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to manage rider equipment and warehouse operations throughout the United Arab Emirates. The role combines equipment lifecycle management—from design and procurement to recycling—with full‑cycle warehouse oversight, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost‑effective processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, procurement, production planning, replenishment and recycling of rider equipment for the UAE market.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, optimizing receiving, storing, sorting and shipping processes.
• Develop and enforce safety, compliance and 5S standards in line with local regulations.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Compliance, Procurement and supplier teams to improve inventory turnover and reduce operating costs.
• Lead rider‑care initiatives related to equipment and facilities to enhance rider safety and experience.
• Build, coach and evaluate a high‑performing team, creating work plans and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics operations or warehousing, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward operational goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in standard office software.
• Analytical skills for cost and performance analysis.
