Head of Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Head of Sales & Business Development to shape and execute our growth strategy across the GCC and international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead concept selling, franchise and channel development, investor acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy.
• Drive revenue through direct sales, channel partners, franchise networks and strategic alliances.
• Lead concept selling to secure investors, franchisees, key customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the franchise and channel partner network.
• Build relationships with C‑level executives, investors, developers and strategic partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, negotiations and deal closures.
• Set sales targets, KPIs and coach a high‑performing sales team.
• Report performance, pipeline and market insights to the CEO and Board.

Required profile

• Several years of senior experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• Strong background in channel sales and/or franchise development.
• Proven success in high‑value B2B or concept selling.
• Extensive network with C‑level executives, investors and strategic partners.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Preferable experience in the GCC/UAE and sectors such as entertainment, hospitality, retail, F&B, real estate or tourism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
