Head of Spare Parts Supply

About the role

As a member of the Global Spare Parts Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will shape and execute the global spare parts supply strategy, driving measurable regional impact across the Central Hub and assigned regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end material flows, ensuring best‑in‑class spare parts availability while balancing inventory, working capital and logistics costs.
• Define policies, decision frameworks and performance routines as Regional Process Owner for spare parts supply, material management, warehousing and transport.
• Design a resilient, flexible supply network, managing route strategy, carrier performance, capacity planning and business continuity.
• Coordinate product introductions and phase‑outs, supporting circularity and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage OPEX, freight and capital budgets to meet productivity and net‑working‑capital targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain management experience with responsibility for materials, inventory, transport or warehousing.
• Proven international people‑leadership and ability to work across cultures and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong understanding of repair operations, service supply chains and quality management.
• Fluent English; additional language (e.g., German) is a plus.
