Head of Student Consulting (Campus)

About the role

The Head of Student Consulting leads the campus consulting team to deliver high‑quality support services to students, guardians and staff. This senior position drives the implementation of the ATA strategy, fosters innovation, and ensures alignment with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Student Consulting team, set clear objectives and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Design and optimise workflows, organise regular team meetings and ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for unresolved academic, attendance or behavioural issues.
• Serve as liaison between upper management, instructors and students to maintain transparent communication.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on student development and behavioural trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and present strategic proposals based on data insights.
• Perform regular site visits to the Al Dhafra campus to assess service quality and student well‑being.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in student services, educational consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate research into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
