Head of Supply Chain Management (MEP)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Management to lead its MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) procurement and logistics operations in Dubai. This senior role will drive strategic sourcing, warehouse coordination, and inventory control across multiple sites, ensuring efficient delivery of construction materials.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement management for high‑value construction materials.
• Manage multi‑site warehouse operations, supervising at least five warehouses simultaneously.
• Control inventory levels and optimize stock turnover across all project sites.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with project timelines and cost targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction material worth AED 200‑500 million.
• Experience handling annual procurement volumes of around AED 500 million.
• Minimum 20 years of overall experience, with the last 10 years in a Head, Director or Senior Manager procurement/supply‑chain role.
• Background in construction or contracting, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification.
• Strong relationships with global manufacturers, local vendors and subcontractors.
• Exposure to automating supply‑chain functions for increased efficiency.
