Head of Talent & Organizational Development

About the role

The Head of Talent & Organizational Development will design and execute Legend Holding Group’s people strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, retains and prepares high‑performing talent for future growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this role acts as the custodian of talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, learning, competency frameworks and workforce planning across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group‑wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to guarantee manpower availability across all units.
• Design recruitment frameworks, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, including executive search and leadership hiring.
• Establish employer branding initiatives and monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill, Cost‑per‑Hire and Quality‑of‑Hire.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Succession Planning framework, identifying critical positions and high‑risk talent gaps.
• Develop succession plans, assess readiness of successors and build leadership pipelines for future expansion.
• Lead the Group Performance Management system, continuously improving appraisal frameworks and KPI governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a diversified, multi‑business environment.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align people initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
• Experience building employer brand and managing recruitment analytics.
