Head of Transformation Office

About the role

Wasl, a real estate management company overseeing a large portfolio of assets in Dubai, is looking for a Head of Transformation Office. The role reports to the Director of Business Excellence and Transformation and leads the transformation office, executing enterprise-level transformation strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision. It works with cross-functional business leaders to design, govern and deliver initiatives such as strategic ventures, operating model transformation, digital innovation and business integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-level transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Design and lead strategic initiatives including M&A, joint ventures, due diligence and integrations.
• Drive transformation design for each business unit in line with enterprise strategy.
• Run transformation governance structures, forums and decision gates, and track budgets and resourcing to flag risks early.
• Standardise cost-benefit and KPI tracking across transformation projects and report performance to executive leadership.
• Lead Wasl Labs to foster innovation, design and co-creation, and provide leadership across cross-functional squads.
• Resolve strategic and operational blockers and adjust roadmaps based on business priorities.
• Manage initiative budgets and ensure fiscal discipline and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience leading cross-functional transformation programs, with 5-7 years in leadership roles focused on strategy, innovation or delivery excellence.
• Experience managing M&A, integrations and corporate strategic initiatives.
• Desirable: Master's degree, certifications in change management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or PMP, and exposure to real estate, hospitality or urban development in the GCC.
