Head Waiter / Head Waitress – Nightlife

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead the service team at Adaline in Dubai’s nightlife scene. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards throughout the evening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee service of an assigned section, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Welcome and engage guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Coordinate with Management and Reception to manage guest flow and table allocation.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs, handling requests or concerns professionally.
• Support training and development of waitstaff.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu, beverages, and promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a high‑end restaurant, luxury hospitality, or nightlife environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, guest‑focused personality.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
