Headless CMS Solutions Architect

About the role

This senior, client‑facing position is focused on designing modern, scalable digital content platforms using headless and composable CMS technologies. You will lead discovery engagements, translate business and editorial needs into technical solutions, and guide clients through technology evaluation and architecture decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and consulting engagements to capture business, editorial, technical and integration requirements.
• Evaluate headless CMS platforms (Storyblok, Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) and recommend solutions based on scalability, maintainability and client needs.
• Design content models, schemas, reusable components, taxonomies, multilingual strategies and technical SEO structures.
• Define editorial workflows, role‑based permissions, localization processes and publishing pipelines.
• Architect integrations between CMS platforms and enterprise applications, APIs, AWS services and other digital systems.
• Produce architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, technical documentation and present recommendations to executives and technical teams.

Required profile

• Significant professional experience with headless CMS and composable digital‑platform architectures.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least two of Storyblok, Sanity, Contentful or Strapi.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and ability to design cloud‑based solutions.
• Experience leading CMS discovery, migration strategies and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent consulting, communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
