Healthcare Information System Support Specialist (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HIS Support professional to join our client’s team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will provide technical assistance for the Healthcare Information System, ensuring rapid incident resolution and high user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and resolve reported problems within the Healthcare Information System.
• Mitigate incidents quickly and meet SLA targets for ticket requests.
• Document tickets end‑to‑end and conduct site/device assessments as required.
• Leverage internal and external resources to diagnose and fix issues.
• Provide end‑user training and support a range of devices, including medical device interfaces, bedside monitors, scanners and printers.

Required profile

• ITIL Foundation certification (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of office or call‑center support experience.
• Minimum two years of operating‑system support and end‑user device troubleshooting.
• Experience in a healthcare environment and good English communication skills.
