Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Rep)

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative) to promote its Specialized Nutrition portfolio across the Northern Emirates. You will build scientific‑based relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and position Danone’s nutrition solutions as the preferred choice.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics and private practices regularly to influence HCP attitudes and behavior.
• Deliver scientific audio‑visual presentations, seminars and nutrition education activities.
• Identify business opportunities, implement weekly call cycles and respond to competitive actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure compliance with WHO and local regulations for infant formula.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and follow‑up on promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on activities, business plans and KPI performance.
• Collect intelligence on HCPs and monitor competitor activities.
• Participate in team meetings, share market insights and support event organization.

Required profile

• Ability to influence HCP attitudes and build strong scientific relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and conduct face‑to‑face detailing.
• Strong organizational skills for database management and reporting.
• Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
