About the role

The Helicopter Maintenance Technician B2 is responsible for performing maintenance, modifications, and repairs on helicopters and components in accordance with approved data, company standards, and civil aviation regulations. The role ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting smooth workflow on assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on assigned aircraft systems, adhering to company policies and civil aviation regulations.
• Document all work in computerized maintenance tracking and work order software, signing off tasks immediately after completion.
• Participate actively in the Occupational Health & Safety program and Safety Management System.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed and promote quality and safety awareness.
• Support a safe working environment and ensure smooth workflow with minimal interruptions.
• Assist the Licensed Maintenance Engineer/Technician with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• ICAO or equivalent licence with at least one applicable type rating.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance facility, specifically on Bell 412 systems.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulatory requirements and ability to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge.
• Customer‑focused attitude, results‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player.

Required skills

• ICAO licence with type rating.
• Experience with Bell 412 helicopter maintenance.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to use computerized maintenance tracking and work order software.
