About the role
The HNWI Business Development Manager will represent CharterHire’s luxury travel portfolio and drive growth by acquiring high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate VIP clients. You will build strategic relationships and deliver tailored private travel solutions that meet the unique needs of affluent customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HNWI and UHNW clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, partnerships, and market insights.
- Present customized private travel solutions that align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery after acquisition.
- Track market trends and identify growth opportunities within the luxury travel sector.
- Attend industry events, VIP gatherings, and partner activations to expand brand presence.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in luxury travel, private aviation, lifestyle services, or similar sectors.
- Strong network within HNWI/UHNW communities is a major advantage.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long‑term client relationships.
