Holidays Sales Executive

About the role

Excellent Tours is looking for a dynamic Holidays Sales Executive to join its Ajman office. You will work directly with clients to understand their travel wishes, propose suitable holiday packages and create personalized itineraries for both group and individual trips.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify holiday needs and recommend appropriate travel packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and handle bookings and reservations.
• Respond to inquiries, provide detailed information on destinations and tour options.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure services and rates.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings and sales activities.
• Support promotional activities and ensure high‑standard customer service throughout the planning process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in holiday or travel package sales.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of popular destinations, especially Europe and Dubai.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing bookings and documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ajman and collaborate with a local team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reservation or travel‑booking software.
