Hospital Operation Manager

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a Hospital Operation Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operational activities of its hospital in Sharjah. The role is pivotal in ensuring efficient workflows, optimal resource use, and high‑quality patient care across clinical and non‑clinical departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of both clinical and non‑clinical departments.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental workflows to ensure smooth patient care delivery.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Supervise operational staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Support quality assurance, patient safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance clinical operations and patient satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operational functions, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
