Patient Admin Supervisor

About the role

The Patient Admin Supervisor will lead the clinic coordinators and guest service staff to ensure efficient administrative operations and a high‑quality patient experience at Royal Hospital Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and manage clinic coordinators and guest service staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and service excellence.
• Oversee all administrative functions of the Guest Services division and work with the Operations Manager to meet budget targets.
• Conduct daily rounds, meet with doctors and patients to address their needs and minimize waiting times.
• Supervise clinic coordinators in preparing performance analyses for guest service executives.
• Coordinate with Insurance, Finance, Nursing and other departments to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Resolve concerns, issues and complaints, escalating when further investigation is required.
• Organize regular refresher training for staff to keep them updated on required outcomes.
• Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times and that the team complies with all policies and procedures.
