Hospitality Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for a leading luxury retail and hospitality group in Dubai. This 12‑month renewable contract offers the chance to work on large‑scale mobilisation projects across luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, hotels, resorts, restaurants and premium guest‑service roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline and operational positions across luxury sales, boutique management, visual merchandising, retail operations, front office, concierge, food & beverage, culinary, housekeeping, spa, reservations and customer experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define workforce needs and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Verify that candidates meet role‑specific requirements and align with luxury brand standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and documentation.
• Represent the brand professionally in all stakeholder interactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven experience hiring for luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, five‑star hotels, resorts, fine dining or similar high‑volume customer‑facing environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with large‑scale, mass hiring or pre‑opening projects is desirable.
