Host for VIP Guest Experience

About the role

Join One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai as a Host, providing personalized service to VIP guests from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests, including check‑in, escorting, and handling concierge enquiries.
• Manage daily VIP arrival lists, coordinate special requests, and ensure proper documentation in the Opera system.
• Provide information on resort attractions, promotions, and assist with directions or tours.
• Organise special amenities, handle complaints, and conduct courtesy calls to gauge guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with airport, housekeeping, and other departments to coordinate guest arrivals and transport requests.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a similar upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotel role.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language is a plus.
• Computer literate with experience using the Opera property management system.
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
