About the role

Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Hostess and be the first friendly face that welcomes guests into a world‑class dining environment. You will support seamless restaurant operations while delivering the warm hospitality that defines the Anantara brand.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, personal discipline, and grooming.
• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner, setting a positive tone for their entire experience.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and a thorough understanding of reservation policies and procedures.
• Ensure the restaurant front and entrance are always attractive and inviting.
• Check tables for cleanliness and proper setup before guests are seated.
• Gather guest feedback on their experience and address any issues promptly, escalating to outlet managers when necessary.
• Assist cashiers during breaks and provide support in service whenever needed.

Required profile
