Hostess – Luxury Hospitality (Dubai)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking passionate and experienced Hostesses to join its luxury venues in Dubai, including Sirene Beach by GAIA, Shanghai Me, and KIGO. The role involves delivering a warm, seamless welcome and supporting an elevated guest experience across beach club, pan‑Asian dining, and Japanese Omakase concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations.
• Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high‑profile guests.
• Ensure reception areas and guest‑facing spaces are kept to the highest standards.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess in a luxury restaurant, beach club or high‑end hospitality environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
