Hostess – Luxury Resort Dining

About the role

Join Anantara's prestigious Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort as a Hostess, delivering warm, welcoming service to guests in a luxury dining environment. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring the restaurant entrance is attractive and inviting.
• Check tables for cleanliness and proper setting before guests are seated.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and understand reservation policies.
• Provide accurate information about restaurant and hotel services.
• Collect guest feedback and address issues promptly, escalating to outlet managers when necessary.
• Assist with cashier duties and closing tables as needed.
• Support service staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to hospitality standards, personal discipline and grooming.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow hotel policies and SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Flexibility to cover front‑of‑house shifts and adapt to guest needs.
