About the role
Join Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Environment Expert focused on laundry and overall hotel cleanliness. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining pristine rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, public spaces and handle laundry duties according to Marriott standards.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure all areas are well‑maintained.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and uphold confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
