Hotel Driver

About the role

The Hotel Driver ensures safe, comfortable transportation for hotel guests and supports the hotel’s mobility needs. This full‑time position reports to the hotel authority and requires diligent vehicle management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the vehicle’s condition and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements to the hotel authority.
• Maintain a detailed record of all incidents, accidents, or traffic tickets and report them to the supervisor.
• Meet all comfort and service expectations of hotel guests and customers during travel.
• Provide safe and efficient travel for guests to their destinations or back to the hotel.
• Assist guests with travel‑related queries by applying knowledge of the local area.
• Log vehicle usage times and purposes and submit the records to the superior.
• Comply with all state traffic laws and hotel policies while operating the vehicle.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Strong sense of responsibility for vehicle upkeep and incident reporting.
• Ability to deliver courteous service and meet guest comfort standards.
• Good knowledge of local routes and destinations.
• Commitment to follow traffic regulations and hotel policies.
