About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will ensure the entire hotel presents a clean, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This full‑time position blends room care, public‑area upkeep, and guest‑service tasks to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as amenities or extra linens.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, or sitting.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to move around the hotel and perform varied tasks as needed.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving tasks.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
