Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the hotel. Working at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, you will be part of a team that turns routine housekeeping into memorable hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to Marriott quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, following all company policies.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.
