Hotel Manager

About the role

Earth Hotels is launching the new Earth Jumeirah property in the United Arab Emirates. As Hotel Manager you will lead the full pre‑opening journey, shaping culture, operational readiness and guest experience from an empty building to a vibrant, lifestyle‑focused hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the opening critical path, ensuring every department is operationally ready.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the opening team, creating a culture that reflects Earth Hotels’ energetic values.
• Lead all hotel departments with a focus on the Rooms Division to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, safety and presentation, and act on guest feedback.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, revenue optimisation and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and total revenue.
• Champion sustainable operating practices and build relationships with local partners and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, licensing, health‑safety legislation and Earth Hotels policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel pre‑opening, having taken a property from empty rooms to full operation.
• Strong Rooms Division background (Front Office and Guest Relations) with the ability to lead guest‑facing touchpoints.
• Hands‑on, guest‑first leader comfortable rolling up sleeves across Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales and Revenue.
• Experience in boutique, lifestyle or design‑led hotel brands and a passion for Earth Hotels’ vibrant culture.
• Preferably experience working in the GCC region.
