About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations at its Dubai property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations with a visible, hands‑on approach, delivering strategic priorities and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape commercial and revenue strategy, driving occupancy and profitability.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable annual business plans across departments.
• Maintain on‑floor leadership, upholding standards and embedding operational discipline.
• Champion an elevated guest experience culture by monitoring feedback and enhancing service delivery.
• Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience in internationally recognised hotels or resorts.
• Minimum 10 years senior operational leadership in hotel operations with a strong track record.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to drive performance and profitability.
• Hands‑on leadership style with high operational visibility.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in complex luxury environments.
