About the role
The Housekeeping team at Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah is looking for a dedicated Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare daily room status and management reports.
- Create duty rosters, schedules, and leave plans for housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to confirm room readiness.
- Track cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor stock levels of linen, supplies, amenities, and uniforms.
- Handle internal calls, guest requests, and complaints.
- Assign and follow up on guest service tasks related to housekeeping.
Required profile
- Administrative experience within a housekeeping or hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
- Ability to work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and housekeeping teams.
