About the role
As a Housekeeping Leader at DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, grooming, discipline, and guest service across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Monitor service standards, conduct deep cleaning and room inspections, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Lead, train, coach, and provide feedback to develop the housekeeping team.
- Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to address equipment, maintenance, safety, and guest requirements promptly.
- Manage housekeeping resources, including cleaning supplies, chemicals, machinery, linen, keys, and departmental records, ensuring proper stock control and safety compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Leader.
- Higher Secondary Graduate.
- Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machineries, linen, and towels.
