About the role

The Housekeeping Room Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, comfortable, and ready for an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets Ritz‑Carlton standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies while on duty.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
